HOA Committees are an essential part of our community, and we are always seeking volunteers to get involved.  If you're interested in joining a committee or would like more information,  please contact the office.

Greene Twp. Chairperson:   Scott Powell

Palmyra Twp. Chairperson:   Eddie Pellikan

• This committee reviews all submissions for new construction, additions, and exterior work by property owners or their contractors to ensure compliance with our covenants.

• This committee oversees the process of managing and conducting elections and votes within the association to ensure fairness, transparency, and compliance with governing documents and legal requirements.

• This committee is responsible for reviewing, maintaining, and recommending updates to the association's by-laws to ensure they align with current laws, best practices, and the needs of the community.

• This committee  is a group of residents organized to enhance the safety and security of the community.

• This committee is responsible for managing, maintaining, and regulating the use of community's docks  and advises the board on matters concerning the Marina docks and slips.

• This Committee assists the board in managing the community's financial matters and prepares the annual budget for presentation to the Board of Directors and Membership.

• This Committee is responsible for addressing disputes and reviewing appeals related to HOA rules, enforcement actions, or decisions made by the HOA board.

• This Committee is responsible for overseeing the maintenance, repair, and improvement of the community's infrastructure, facilities, and shared spaces.

• This Committee is responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing community events, activities, and programs that promote social interaction, recreation, and a sense of community among residents.
